Happy Food Friday my friends! Today’s recipe is great as a last minute meal if you happen to have left over rice (or even if you don’t)!
2 cups leftover rice
Shrimp or chicken, diced
1 tablespoon butter
å_ cup onion, diced
å_ cup peas
2 tablespoons soya sauce
- Cook diced chicken or shrimp (or used left over chicken) in a pan.
- Add butter and onion
- Once translucent, add leftover pre-cooked rice, peas, and soya sauce and cook on medium.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh or dried parsley.
