Food Friday: Yummy Bikini Food for Memorial Day

I know all my American friends are getting ready for their Memorial Day barbeques, and since the holiday officially kicks off bikini season, I thought I’d share two of my favorite summer grilling recipes that not only tastes good- it keeps you looking good too!
Teeny Bikini Steak, Rice, & Veggies

Ingredients
- -8 oz grilled steak or chicken
- -Brown rice/whole grain rice
- -Corn
- -Beans
- -Red onion, chopped
- -Salsa
- -½ an avocado, sliced
- -Low fat cheese
Directions
It’s my go-to at this time of year. I make a rice mixture ahead of time with whole grain rice, corn, beans & red onions… then I just heat it up when I'm hungry and and avocado, tomatoes (or salsa), some low fat cheese, and grilled steak or chicken. Super easy!

Steak Salad with Blue Cheese & Strawberries

Ingredients
- -Fresh arugula
- -Strawberries
- -Sliced red onion
- -Blue cheese (or goat cheese)
- -Grilled steak
- -Tori’s Dressing
All you have to do is grill your steak (or chicken if you prefer!), serve it on a bed of sliced strawberries, crumbled blue cheese, sliced red onion, and toss with dressing. Is your mouth watering??
