I know for some of you guys the word wallpaper might remind you of scary, dated florals and your grandma’s house but I’ve got some news for you: it is back in a big way!
For the past few months I’ve been noticing wallpaper everywhere. As a girl who loves bold prints, wallpaper is another way to have some fun with patterns; forget the pillow- splash that awesome print on your wall!
Here are some images that have been inspiring me lately:
If you’re going with a bold, patterned wallpaper I suggest that you let it be the standout and keep everything else solid and streamlined. Wallpaper also looks great in small spaces like entryways, bathrooms, or accent walls.
What are your thoughts on wallpaper? Stuck in the past or fresh and fabulous? P.S. If you have any wallpaper that you love in your home, upload a picture to your profile and click “submit” so I can check it out!

Hello Jillian. Love your style. I read your blog about wallpapering which has inspired me to do it myself! At first I was considering stenciling a damask print but now I think I'm going to wallpaper but I keep going back and forth. Which would you recommend for someone who has only watched her mother and aunt wallpaper YEARS ago but has never done it herself? Thanks, Melissa from Alaska
