Will I be able to recycle the box?
Yes, the box is made by a female-run Canadian company that creates boxes in Canada that are recyclable and are carbon-neutral. The boxes are also designed to be reused prior to recycling. You can flip your box inside out and use it to store items like photographs, scrunchies, nail polish, love letters, and anything else your heart desires.
Can I purchase the box without a Membership?
At this time we are only offering Jilly Boxes to those who have a Jilly Box subscription (which can be cancelled at any time). Or those who take part in our lottery. If you are a lottery winner this will provide you with a chance to make a one-time Jilly Box purchase with no subscription.
What is the currency of the Jilly Box?
The Jilly Box is a Canadian company, therefore, your purchase will be in Canadian dollars. If you use a credit card that is in a different currency, your purchase may be converted by your credit card company to the currency of your credit card in accordance with their terms and conditions.
How do I purchase the Jilly Box?
Please make sure you are signed up to our Jilly Box waitlist, this will automatically enter you to our Jilly Box Lottery for your chance make a one-time Jilly Box purchase! We will keep you updated via email regarding the launch of our upcoming Jilly Box!
How do I choose my size?
As the items of the box are a secret, we ask that you choose your regular go-to size. For the upcoming box, we will provide sizing information to help guide you,
What if I chose the wrong size?
All sales are final and we cannot accommodate exchanges like this, we suggest regifting as an option!
What types of memberships do you offer?
The Jilly Box offers one membership to current subscribers. However, we do offer a lottery system at the launch of every new box which allows lottery winners to make a one-time Jilly Box purchase.
What is the cost of shipping?
We are offering free shipping for the Jilly Box! However, any customs, duties, value-added, federal, state, local or other taxes outside of Canada are not included. As a Jilly Box member, you are responsible to pay for any such taxes related to the location you live. The Jilly Box has the right to charge you for any taxes we believe are required to pay or collect related to your purchase.
When will the Summer 2020 box ship?
The Summer 2020 Jilly boxes will ship mid-to-late May.
When will each seasons box ship?
SUMMER 2020: MID-LATE MAY
FALL 2020: MID AUGIST
WINTER 2020: MID NOVEMBER
Where do you ship to?
We ship within Canada & the U.S. All major cities will be shipped via FedEx and rural areas will be shipped via Canada Post. Exclusions: Hawaii & Alaska. We hope to ship to more places in the near future!
Can I pick up my Jilly Box in the Okanagan?
Yes!! We are so excited about this! If you’re in the Okanagan all you have to do is choose the option for “Local Pickup” when purchasing your delivery option and you can pick it from the Locality shop in Vernon, BC!
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address 30 days prior to the box being shipped out. You will receive an email reminder that the next season’s box will be charged to your card on file and you have a time period to update your shipping address prior to the 30 days notice of the box being shipped out.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we ship to Canada & the U.S., excluding Hawaii & Alaska. The cost of shipping is free with your membership!
What credit cards do you accept?
The Jilly Box accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments from customers. Pay Pal is not accepted.
Can I change my size?
After your size has been chosen at checkout we are unable to accommodate size changes due to inventory. We apologize for the inconvenience!
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership in your online portal at least 30 days before the next billing date.
Can I purchase more than one box?
As the purchase of a Jilly Box is a subscription and on a lottery based system, there is a limit of one purchase per single email address.
