Easter is just around the corner and I am SO excited to share this delicious Easter treat with you! Not only are these treats absolutely adorable, but they are also sure to cure any sweet tooth haha! Today, Team Jilly is going to share their favourite Easter treat that you can whip up too!

DIY Easter Nests
Ingredients
3 cups 3 mini marshmallows
1/4 cup 1/4 creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons 3 butter or vegan butter
4 cups 4 of crunchy chow mein noodles (I used Farkay)
Cooking Oil
60 mini 60 eggs
Parchment paper
Makes 12 nests – takes about 20 minutes. Kid-friendly!
Directions
- In a medium saucepan add the butter, peanut butter and marshmallows and stir over medium heat. Mix until completely combined and until the marshmallows have completely melted. In a medium bowl, add the chow mein noodles.
- Pour melted marshmallows over the chow mein noodles and mix until evenly coated.
- Coat your hands with cooking oil so the noodles will not stick to your hands.
- Scoop the noodle mixture from the bowl into the palm of your hand and make a loose ball.
- Hollow out the center of the noodle ball to form the shape of a nest and place it on parchment paper. Repeat with the remainder of the noodle mix.
- Take 5 mini eggs per nest and arrange them in the middle of the nest. Voila!
