Homeowners Neena and Jag are HUGE family people and love to entertain, just like me!!! The Love It Or List It Vancouver design team was able to incorporate an open concept living and dining area, big enough to entertain and host ALL of the family for get togethers. We were able to close off a wall for the kids to play within the same area. Level out the floor and put in brand new (and GORGEOUS) hard wood flooring from Mercier Floors. As well as a gas fire insert in the living from thanks to Valor Fireplaces. AND my favourite part…the brand new organic white countertops in the kitchen from Caeserstone to tie everything together and brighten it right up….We ALSO managed to fix up their ensuite, re do their shower, flooring and put in a stand alone luxurious tub all within their budget!! What did you think of the space??? How could they not LOVE IT…..right!!!?!?

Gold coffee table bought online.. I wouldn’t recommend it as it arrived poorly painted and we had to have it re-painted – but great shape! Wood side table: West Elm (but no longer available); mirrored hutch was a god-send via Home Sense !!
