Spiked Frozen Coconut Lemonade


If you’re going to make one cocktail this summer, make this be the one! I’ve shared quite a few variations of lemonade over the years, and I think this might be my favourite yet! It reminds me of an Italian Chi Chi, which is basically a Piña Colada without the rum. It’s fruity, light, refreshing and just the perfect amount of sweet!

I was inspired by this reel that I came across on Instagram, and decided to put my own spin on it. This Spiked Frozen Coconut Lemonade recipe is the perfect warm weather drink. If you’re hosting this summer, this would be a great cocktail to serve your guests…. Plus you can easily make it a mocktail and skip the booze!

So, are you ready to know how we create the most refreshing Italian Chi Chi-inspired frozen lemonade? Here’s the recipe:

Spiked Frozen Coconut Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 can 1 frozen lemonade

  • 2 cups 2 ice

  • 1 can 1 coconut cream

  • 1.5 oz 1.5 Malibu Rum

  • 3 oz 3 Limoncello

Directions

  • Start by adding one can of frozen lemonade into your blender
  • Next, add two cups of ice
  • Add one can of coconut cream to the blender
  • Now it’s time to blend it up!
  • You can enjoy the lemonade just like that, or if you’d like to try the spiked version, follow the below steps:
  • Once blended, add 1.5 oz of Malibu Rum and 3 oz Limoncello
  • Blend it again until it reaches a slushy consistency
