OFFICIAL RULES

MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

Administrator and Prize Suppliers

  1. Jilly’s 12 Days of Christmas (the “Giveaway”) is administered by Jillian Harris Design Inc. (the “Administrator”) and prizes are supplied by:

(collectively, the “Prize Suppliers”).

Timing

  1. The Giveaway will begin on December 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and end on December 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Giveaway Period”).

Eligibility 

  1. The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding Florida and New York), and who have reached the age of majority in their respective province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Void in Quebec (Canada), Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, Guam, all US Territories, overseas US military installations, and where prohibited.
  2. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Administrator, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, successors and assigns, and any other entities directly associated with this Giveaway (collectively, “Released Parties“), are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter 

  1. On each day during the Giveaway Period, the Administrator will announce the featured Prize Supplier for that day via an Instagram post on Administrator’s Instagram channel located at https://www.instagram.com/jillian.harris (each a “Daily Post”). 
  2. On each day during the Giveaway Period, an Entrant may enter the Giveaway online through Instagram using any of the following methods:
    • a) Follow Jillian Harris on Instagram @jillian.harris (receive one (1) entry), for a maximum of one (1) entry during the Giveaway Period;
    • b) Follow the Jilly Box on Instagram @thejillybox (receive one (1) entry), for a maximum of one (1) entry during the Giveaway Period;
    • c) “Like” the Daily Post (receive one (1) entry per day), for a maximum of twelve (12) entries during the Giveaway Period; or 
    • d) Comment on the Daily Post (receive a maximum of one (1) entry per day for your valid comment), for a maximum of twelve (12) entries during the Giveaway Period.  
  1. You will receive the specified number of entries into the Giveaway for each of the methods set out above completed during the Giveaway Period. Each Entrant is limited to one (1) entry for following Jillian Harris on Instagram, one (1) entry for following Jilly Box on Instagram, twelve (12) entries for the “Like” the Daily Post, and twelve (12) entries for commenting on the Daily Post. Each Entrant shall not receive more than a maximum total of twenty-six (26) entries. Additional entries will be disqualified, as will incomplete entries, entries not submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, and entries not received during the Giveaway Period. Any attempt(s) made by the same individual to submit more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple emails/mobile numbers/accounts, false contact information, or otherwise may result in the Entrant being disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Giveaway at Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.
  2. Performing all actions listed above is not required.
  3. If you do not have an Instagram account, and would like to create one for free, visit instagram.com and follow the instructions to set up a free account. The Entrant must have their Instagram account profile set to ‘public’ and viewable by the Administrator or its agents. Any Instagram account set to ‘private’ will be disqualified. Any posts that do not comply with such Terms of Service, as determined by the Administrator in their sole discretion, will be considered a violation of these Official Rules. If it is determined that you have entered with, used, or created more than one account on Instagram to obtain entry into the Giveaway, all of your entries will be void and you will be disqualified.

  1. There are a total of twenty-one (21) prizes available, as described below. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is listed below, with the total ARV of all prizes being $ $37,487 CAD ($26,755.03 USD). The prizes are as follows:

Selection of Winners 

  1. At approximately 9:00 AM PST on December 16, 2025, winners for the Prizes (each a “Winner”, and collectively, the “Winners”) will be chosen by the Administrator in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
  2. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
  3. The potential Winners will be notified by the Administrator through Instagram direct message, and will have no more than 48 hours to respond to the Administrator confirming their date of birth, their valid mailing address, and phone number. If no response is received by Administrator by the end of the 48-hour period, the potential Winner will be disqualified and Administrator may, but is not obligated to, select another winner. The Administrator is not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures.
  4. Canada Winners Only: To claim their Prize, residents of Canada will be required to answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a skill-testing question, administered as part of the release documentation. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question in the allotted time will result in disqualification.
  5. Once a response is received from a potential Winner and the information provided by the potential Winner is verified by the Administrator, the Prize will be mailed or delivered to the mailing address provided by the Winner within 30 days. If a potential Winner has not provided the required information or does not meet the eligibility requirements for the Giveaway, the potential Winner will be disqualified and considered to forfeit the Prize. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Potential Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release, and, for US-resident Winners only, an IRS Form-W9, (where legal and where required) within the time period designated in the notification or Prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator’s sole discretion, an alternate winner determined at random from among the remainder of all eligible entries.
  6. Any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with receipt or use of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
  7. Accommodation arrangements for prizes that include hotel/resort accommodations must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. For accommodations portion of any Prize, Winner may be required to provide a credit card to cover incidentals. Neither Administrator nor Sponsor will replace any Prizes that are not redeemed before their expiration date. Neither Administrator nor Sponsor are liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Air travel, if required to use Prize, is the sole responsibility of the Winner. All lodging will be at the risk of Winner and, if included, their companion. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses and costs associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including, without limitation any and all taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize, travel insurance, ground transportation, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs. Administrator shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Administrator deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances. Administrator shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the Prize due to reasons beyond Administrator’s control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Neither Administrator nor Sponsor are liable for any missed Prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay, ground transportation delay, lack of required documentation for travel or admission to any event or activity, or any decision by a third-party regarding Winner’s (or their companion, if applicable) use of their product or service. Date and/or time of any event included in the Prize is subject to change. Any event or experience included in the Prize is subject to cancellation or rescheduling. Winner and companion, if any, must comply with all applicable venue rules and regulations in connection with Prize, if required. If Winner chooses to accept the Prize which includes a companion, without designating a companion, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Administrator’s Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Companion, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, where legal, publicity releases (collectively, “Companion Documents”), which must be returned with all Winner documents required in the Winner Notification or companion portion of the Prize will be forfeited. If any Companion is a minor, Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Companion Documents on such minor’s behalf. Resale of any tickets provided as part of the Prize is strictly prohibited.

Release and Limitation of Liability

  1. By participating or attempting to participate in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees that the Released Parties are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in any way related to this agreement, participation in the giveaway, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any of the Prizes, . 
  2. In Addition, the Released Parties are not responsible for:
    • a) Incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, typographical errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway;
    • b) Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or internet networks, hardware, or software;
    • c) Unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway;
    • d)Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries;
    • e) Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen mail; or
    • f) Any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to any entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, or from downloading any material from the Administrator’s or a Prize Suppliers’ website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by the Administrator, the Prize Suppliers, or a third party and regardless of whether the material is connected to the Administrator’s or Prize Suppliers’ website(s) by a hypertext link.

Instagram

  1. Terms of Use. By entering this Giveaway, each Entrant agrees that their use of Instagram is subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy.
  2. No Association. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Any comments or questions regarding the Giveaway should be directed to the Administrator.
  3. Release. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless META and its affiliated and related companies, and all of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any Prizes won. 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Compliance with Applicable Laws. By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and any additional supplemental rules provided by the Administrator. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law. The decisions of the Administrator with respect to all aspects of this Giveaway are final and binding on all Entrants without right of appeal.
  2. Violation of Official Rules. The Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from the Giveaway and to ban the individual from any future giveaway organized by the Administrator that it finds or believes to be: 
    • a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway in any way; or
    • b) acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. 
  3. Invalid Entries. If it is discovered that attempts were made by an Entrant (or any individual purporting to be an Entrant), or anyone acting on behalf of or at the request of an Entrant, to:
    • a) obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, social media accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods;
    • b) use any automated, script, macro, or robotic program(s) to enter;
    • c) enter on behalf of any other person; or
    • d) provide false or misleading information,

then the Entrant will be disqualified from the Giveaway, in the sole discretion of the Administrator.

  1. No Warranty. You agree that the Giveaway and any Prizes awarded are provide “AS IS” and neither the Administrator, Prize Suppliers, nor Instagram makes any warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the Giveaway or the Prize(s), including, but not limited to, their quality, condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Administrator makes no warranty that (i) the Instagram or entry interface and any content, features, or functionality offered thereon will meet any requirement or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or (ii) there will be no errors in the Instagram or entry interface or any content, feature, or functionality offered thereon. Administrator shall not be responsible for any damage caused to your computer, mobile device, or data, or for any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or other destructive code resulting from use of the Instagram or entry interface or any content obtained from Instagram. 
  2. Damage to Website or Accounts. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Administrator’s or a Prize Supplier’s website or Instagram account(s) or undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 
  3. No Substitutions. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitution of Prizes is permitted except by the Administrator or by the Prize Supplier in their sole discretion. The Administrator and Prize Suppliers reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes are non-transferrable and are not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part.
  4. Modification or Cancellation of Giveaway. The Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Official Rules or modify, cancel or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, without prior notice and for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Administrator’s reasonable control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such event, the Administrator reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to award the Prizes through a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment.
  5. Personal Information. The Administrator will be collecting personal information from the Entrants online through Instagram for the purpose of administering the Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, each Entrant expressly consents to the Administrator, the Prize Suppliers, Instagram, and their respective representatives or agents, storing, sharing, and using any personal information posted on their Instagram account or submitted with each entry for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 
  6. Use of Information. By entering, the Entrant consents to the Administrator’s and applicable Prize Supplier’s use, should the Entrant become a Winner, of the Entrant’s name, location of residence, social media handle, comments, image, and other aspects of the Entrant’s likeness, without further compensation or notice, for publicity, advertising, or informational purposes in any media or format (including the Internet) in connection with the Prizes, this Giveaway, or future similar giveaways. 
  7. Deemed Entrant. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram account used at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the identity of an online entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder associated with the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid online entry in this Giveaway will be the Administrator’s clock.
  8. Verification. All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Administrator including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): 
    • a) For the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in the Giveaway;
    • b) For the purposes of verifying the eligibility or legitimacy of any entry (or purported entry) for the purposes of this Giveaway; orFor any other reason the Administrator deems necessary, in its sole discretion, for the purposes of administering this Giveaway in accordance with these Official Rules.
    • c) Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Administrator in a timely manner may result in disqualification of the Entrant in the sole discretion of the Administrator. 
  1. Intellectual Property. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Administrator or its licensors. All rights reserved.  Unauthorized copying or use of any of such intellectual property without the express written consent of the Administrator is strictly prohibited.
  2. Jurisdiction. This Giveaway shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including but not limited to all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, rights and obligations between Entrants and the Administrator, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering the Giveaway, Entrants agree that any claim, whether at law or equity, arising out of or related to this Giveaway, regardless of the date of accrual of such dispute, will be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada. No class actions or consolidated proceedings may be used to resolve any claim or dispute related to this Giveaway. All actions to resolve any claim or dispute must be resolved on an individual basis. To the extent permitted by law, the court shall not have the power or authority to award consequential, incidental, or punitive damages against the Administrator or Prize Suppliers.
  3. Interpretation. The headings appearing in these Official Rules are inserted for convenience of reference only and will not affect the interpretation of the terms of the Official Rules. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing a male person include a female person.
