JILLY’S 12 DAYS OF GIVING
SHORT RULES
- Jilly’s 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway will run from December 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM PST until December 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.
- To enter the Giveaway:
- a) you must be a natural person and be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding Florida and New York); and
- b) you must have reached the age of majority in your province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry.
Void in Quebec (Canada), Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, Guam, all US Territories, overseas US military installations, and where prohibited.
- On each day of the Giveaway Period, the Administrator will announce the featured Prize Supplier for that day via a daily Instagram post. On each day during the Giveaway Period, you may enter the Giveaway online through Instagram by any of the following options:
- a) following Jillian Harris on Instagram @jillian.harris (worth 1 entry);
- b) following the Jilly Box on Instagram @thejillybox (worth 1 entry);
- c) liking the Daily Post (worth 1 entry); and
- d) commenting on the Daily Post (each comment worth 1 entry).
You will receive the specified number of entries into the Giveaway for each of the actions set out above completed during the Giveaway Period
- The Entrant must have their Instagram account profile set to ‘public’ and viewable by the Administrator or its agents. Any Instagram account set to ‘private’ will be disqualified.
- There are a total of 21 prizes available, as described below. The total Approximate Retail Value is $37,487 CAD ($26,576 USD). The prizes will be as follows:

- All winners will be chosen at random on December 16, 2025 at 9:00AM PST and the winners will be notified through Instagram direct message and will have no more than 48 hours to respond confirming their date of birth, their valid mailing address, and phone number. If no response is received by Administrator by the end of the 48-hour period, the potential Winner will be disqualified and Administrator may, but is not obligated to, select another winner.
- The prizes will be mailed or delivered to the winners within 30 days after the winner has been verified in accordance with the Official Rules.
- In order to claim their prize, residents of Canada will be required to successfully answer a skill-testing question. See the Official Rules for details.
- Prizes are non-transferrable and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
- Any fees and taxes associated with receipt or use of a prize will be the responsibility of the winner of that prize.
- We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Giveaway or to modify it in any way we see fit, in our sole discretion.
- This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering this Giveaway, you agree that your use of Instagram is subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
