Talk about delicious. This brown sugar cinnamon french toast is a serious must try and perfect for a special Thanksgiving brunch. I have made it four times already this winter and it just gets better every time. Make it ahead of time and save yourself the extra hours in bed in the morning. Not to mention the leftovers are JUST as good the next day. Maybe even double the recipe so that there’s enough to go around … trust me you will need it!!! Serve with a mug of coffee and your morning can’t get much better. I can’t wait to make this for brunch over the Christmas holidays and surprise my guests in bed …

AMAZING!!!!
This looks amazingly perfect!! Now I’m hungry, and full of baking ideas! Thanks Jillian. xo
I am going to make this, however I am not certain what a vanilla pod is?
It is a vanilla bean, available in most grocery stores near the vanilla extract. It’s often called a pod because it is similar to a pod in that you cut it open and scrape out the tiny flecks of vanilla bean to use as flavouring.
Thank you…:)
Looks so delicious, I need to go shopping for ingredients this very moment 🙂 Can’t wait to try it!
Jillian, where is your aqua blue baking dish from?
Thanks!
NEED to make this for my kids! Christmas morning breakfast, yummmm!!
