What is Academy at the Farm?

An investment in your soul, and your business. We’re here for ALL the good stuff!

Academy at the Farm has been designed for entrepreneurs, small business owners, creators and marketers—both existing and aspiring! We’ve tailored the speakers and content to revolve around sparking inspiration, learning together, and working ON your business. In addition to experiencing professional growth, it’s truly a chance to get to support one another. You might just meet your next business partner, collaborator or cheerleader!

You don’t need to be a Jilly Academy Alumni to attend, although you’ll maximize your experience if you have that strong foundation from our courses (and get first dibs on tickets)! Check it out here!

Tickets are Extremely Limited!

This retreat is for all, but we wanted to honour our hardworking Alumni community with an exclusive early pre-sale! Alumni members will get first dibs on a handful of limited released tickets with a public sale to follow!

We have two ticket types available for you:

Option One: Academy at the Farm Experience

• 1.5 day experience
• Gourmet food + beverages throughout
• Transportation to/from the partner hotel
• Epic gift bag

Option Two: VIP Academy at the Farm Experience

• 1.5 day experience
• Gourmet food + beverages throughout
• Transportation to/from the partner hotel
• Exclusive VIP gift bag
• An intimate lakefront dining experience with myself and Team Jilly at the farm on Friday evening

We have also set aside a handful of tickets for our Academy at the Farm LOTTERY!

While we know this experience is an investment, we truly want to provide an opportunity for everyone to attend. On public ticket launch day you’ll find an option available where you will be entered into a lottery for a complimentary ticket to the event if you donate a minimum of $20 to Canadian Mental Health Association. The winners of the lottery will be responsible for transportation to Kelowna, BC and hotel accommodations. We will announce the winners of the lottery on July 5th, 2022. 

Note: if you win a lottery ticket but have already purchased a ticket to the event, we will gladly refund the original cost.

FAQs

Where Should I stay in Kelowna?

Our partner hotel is located in stunning downtown Kelowna and enjoys beautiful water views as well as a variety of room types (some are perfect for sharing!). They have provided guests of Academy at the Farm with an incredibly discounted room rate—so be sure to check your ticket confirmation email for the discount code! Rooms are limited as September is quite busy so we suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible. Please note that hotel costs are the responsibility of each guest and are not covered in your ticket price. from our partner hotel. Please note this is a private event and will have security on site.

I’m not a Jilly Academy Alumni, is this still for me?

YES! You don’t have to be an Academy Alumni to join, but of course, it does help to have that foundation. I think it’s pretty awesome, and if you’re interested in checking it out click here. 

Is this a good fit for my industry?

Academy at the Farm is designed for businesses in all industries, although those with a consumer-facing side of their operations will receive the most benefit. 

I don’t own a business today, but I’d like to in the future. Can I still attend?

The retreat gives business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives and marketers the opportunity to work on their business, instead of in it. If you’re an aspiring business owner, this experience will set a strong strategic foundation for your business and teach you material that you can incorporate in the future. Keep in mind that The Jilly Academy bundle would be incredibly valuable to you as well!

Any recommendations on what I should wear?

Is Farm Chic a thing? If not, it should be! Cute and comfortable is my go-to at the Farm and I definitely suggest shoes that can thrive in the country— aka: flats or cowboy boots!

What if I have special considerations such as dietary, accessibility, nursing mama, or something a bit unique?

Our goal is to create a beautiful environment where ALL of our guests have an exceptional experience. When you purchase a ticket we’ll ask you a few questions so that we can do our absolute best to accommodate your needs! Does this qualify as a business expense?

ABSOLUTELY! This is an opportunity to invest in you and your business to continue to propel yourself down the path to success. Make sure to keep all of your receipts!

How will this benefit me and my business?

You will be diving into strategy, growth tactics, idea generation, content creation, workshopping and SO MUCH MORE throughout this retreat. Not to mention, a little personal time with yours truly to talk shop AND network with like-minded community members!

How many tickets can I purchase?

There is a maximum of 3 tickets per order.

Do you require that guests show their vaccine certificate to attend?

We will be following all guidelines set out by the municipal, provincial and federal governments.
