Food Friday: Camping-Easy Pineapple Upside Down Cakes


With camping season almost upon us, these babies are sure to be a hit! They were SO easy to make! Almost too easy for how incredibly tasty they are….

Ingredients & Directions

Literally buy store made mini cake shells, layer with pineapple & maraschino cherries, a drizzle of melted butter & pineapple juice. Wrap tightly with tin foil – throw on the grill upside down for about 5-10 minutes, flip, garnish with coconut flakes and enjoy!!!

The most UNHEALTHY breakfast EVER! 🙂 but of course, the most delish!
