There’s a specific moment (usually when the kids’ school lets out and I reduce my work schedule) that officially feels like the right time to slow down and soak in the warmth of the season. Layers are lightened, bare feet are exposed, and the morning rush is traded for quiet moments on the deck, lake dips from the dock and fun family gatherings!
As Canadians, once summer hits, we tend to start chasing paradise, seeking out exotic destinations on the map that will feel luxurious and restorative – but we tend to overlook the beauty that’s right in front of us, here at home! This really got me thinking about what I wanted the essence of The Summer 2026 Jilly Box to be. The Inspiration for The Summer 2026 Jilly Box Collection
The inspiration for this season hit me so clearly: I started picturing my absolute dream summer day – the kind that usually requires a passport. I pictured myself at a tropical villa, sand on my toes, the shade of a palm tree, and an effortless laid-back charm. But, in fact, we realized that Canada is so beautiful during summertime… What could be better than bringing that laid-back feeling from a high-end resort to our own backyard and save the airport hustle and long hours of travel? That is why The Summer 2026 Jilly Box is all about creating paradise at home!
The Jilly Box team and I got to work dreaming up the details of what truly makes a space feel like a sun-soaked paradise. Is it actually the destination, or is it the art of weaving those luxe, getaway elements into our daily lives until every hour carries that radiant, vacation-mode energy? I wanted every single piece in this box to feel like something you’d discover on a luxury retreat – curated to bring that blissful, high-end resort aesthetic directly to you. It’s a little bit luxe, a little bit laid-back, and fully dedicated to the idea that you can experience your own version of paradise without ever leaving home.

If you’re new here, no problem! To get a seasonal Jilly Box, all you have to do is sign up to become a Jilly Box Insider by 11:59 pm PT on April 19th.
On launch day, The Jilly Box Team sends Insiders a unique link to purchase the box via email and text message. If you get a link, act fast and purchase your box right away! Historically, we’ve always had more people wanting to buy a Jilly Box than we have Jilly Boxes to offer, so boxes are sold on a first come, first serve basis. When they sell out, they’re really gone.
