We’re back at it again!!! That’s right, after the HUGE success of our Wild at Heart Collection this past winter, Melanie Auld and I have teamed once again to bring you a limited-edition collection of jewelry! The Unlocked Collection is super close to my heart and I can’t wait to tell you the story about how it came to be.
When we first started dreaming up the concept for this collection, it was supposed to be a Mother’s Day-themed collection. It was inspired by my experience being a mom to Leo and Annie, and I thought I would give each of them a key pendant and I would wear the lock. Then, I got thinking about all of the special people in my life, and how they have impacted me and made me the person who I am today. I would love to give my mom a key pendant, as well as my cousins, my best friends, Justin, even myself! Once I came to this realization, I decided that I wanted these pieces to be more of a reimagined best friend necklace, rather than a Mother’s Day collection. Do you remember those BFF necklaces that we used to have as kids, where you would give half of the heart to your best friend? Think of this collection as the same idea… you can keep the lock for yourself and give away the key to anyone in your life who unlocks something in you.
I love that you can gift these to the people who are most special to you, for example, your daughter, son, mama, sister, best friend, bridesmaids, aunty… Anyone in your life that you hold close to your heart!
