Good morning everyone!! After we whipped up this delicious recipe during our shoot day a couple of weeks ago, I have been so excited to share it with you ever since. To be honest, I didn’t know how it was going to turn out, and there were moments that I thought it was going to be a giant fail, but I’m happy to report it was a huge success and a recipe I will be whipping up for every get together for the foreseeable future. When we were planning out this recipe, we had originally intended to just add the shredded tofu to a pan to get it nice and crispy, but while we were at the farm making the recipe, our air fryer was in plain sight, so we decided to experiment! I wasn’t confident that the air fryer way would turn out, but it totally did, the only thing about the air fryer route was that some of the shredded tofu escaped through the grates, but it was a simple fix! So whether you have an air fryer or a pan, this recipe is an easy one to make and such a crowd-pleaser.
