Friday… my second favourite F word. Obviously FOOD is my favourite… ok kidding, well kind of haha. I do have food on my mind today though and I’m so excited to share my top 6 life changing vegan cookbooks! I’ve fallen in love with these cookbooks over the past few months while trying to cut back on animal products. I’ve always kept things pretty honest with you guys and going vegan can be a challenge… I don’t know about you, but the second I tell myself “no more pizza” I just end up wanting it THAT much more!!! These vegan cookbooks have been life savers and made vegan cooking that much more fun. I love being creative in the kitchen and these have really helped me to revamp my favourite comfort foods. Whether you’re a part-time or hardcore vegan… these vegan cookbooks are great to have in the kitchen and the flavour packed recipes will blow your mind!

I just got Green Kitchen Travels as a present and LOVE all of the recipes I have made so far. I highly recommend it!
Thug Kitchen and Oh She Glows are both amazing! Finally made the meatloaf from Oh She Glows, we really enjoyed it.
Dreena Burton puts out great cookbooks, and I like Gena Hamshaw’s Choosing Raw and Food 52 Vegan cookbooks.
I use the Finding Vegan app. Millions of recipes and ideas that you can favourite or add your own recipes on file. The Fresh restaurant cookbooks are also amazing!!!
I just read Deliciously Ella and loved it. Really helped me rethink how I was cooking in the kitchen.
Oh She Glows is awesome and every recipe I’ve tried from Minimalist Baker has turned out absolutely delicious (I think they have a book coming out soon).
Search our local Victoria gal Sarah Kramer as she has I think 3 vegan cookbooks (I have two of them) and an app for iPhone too!! Or and for when you want a treat try Vegan Cupcakes (take over the world) by Isa Chandra Moskowitz, the matcha one is amazing!! And she has a cookie book too called Vegan Cookies (invade your cookie jar) Check my Instagram page for pictures of the matcha cupcakes! lorimoorewheeler
I have and love the first two! Check out “Made With Love,” so good! Canadian and based from a vegan bakery and sister cafe here in Ontario! 🙂
