Friday… my second favourite F word. Obviously FOOD is my favourite… ok kidding, well kind of haha. I do have food on my mind today though and I’m so excited to share my top 6 life changing vegan cookbooks! I’ve fallen in love with these cookbooks over the past few months while trying to cut back on animal products. I’ve always kept things pretty honest with you guys and going vegan can be a challenge… I don’t know about you, but the second I tell myself “no more pizza” I just end up wanting it THAT much more!!! These vegan cookbooks have been life savers and made vegan cooking that much more fun. I love being creative in the kitchen and these have really helped me to revamp my favourite comfort foods.
