As many of you know, when we took possession of the farm last year, we were surprised to find wild asparagus growing all over the property! We love snacking on them raw (don’t knock it until you try it!), adding them as a side to our meals, and getting creative and making new asparagus-inspired recipes. A few weeks ago at one of our organic photoshoots, we whipped up some Vegan BBQ Shredded Tofu Sliders With Grilled Pineapple and these delicious Asparagus Fires With Vegan Lemon Garlic Aioli!
