I saw this recipe on Instagram and decided to put my own little spin on it by using part of the recipe from mine and Tori’s second cookbook Fraiche Food Fuller Hearts! Today, we’re taking the comfort of old-school potato salad, and spicing it up a bit.
This one is pool party/picnic-approved, and hands-down one of the most DELICIOUS things you’ll make all summer.




The kids were obsessed with this recipe when I made it last week, so this one is a total crowd-pleaser. It’ll be the first thing to disappear at your next get-together!
