Fall Transitioning Your Wardrobe

Well that time of year is almost upon us … that’s right it’s almost Labour Day. Can you believe it!?!?! The last few weeks of summer are sadly coming to an end. You all know me … during the summer I love wearing white!! With the weather getting colder and our skin getting pale it’s almost time to start adding in some colour and texture into my wardrobe. But for now …. I might as well wear as much white as possible before then … with an all white outfit!!!!

With the weather changing so much in Vancouver, I recently visited the LOFT store in Guildford mall to check out their new fall collection! They had a great selection of transitional pieces which can be hard to find!! The simple summer to fall season is tricky to dress for … which is where this outfit comes in. Poncho’s, kimono’s and light sweaters are perfect for the fall transition when the weather is starting to get chilly. They are easy to throw on and are as cozy as a blanket while they still look stylish. It’s not cold enough yet for a full on winter jacket, but this poncho will do the trick!!

    1. Agreed! They look similar to the ones available at JCrew and Madewell… But one can never have too many boots!!
