Happy Friday my friends! The recipe I’ve got for you today is pretty damn easy. Take the leftover Bruschetta (here’s the recipe for it) the next day when it’s BURSTING with flavor and follow these simple directions:
1. Boil desired amount of thin- preferably fresh- spaghetti until al dente (not too soft)
2. Toss spaghetti in 2 teaspoons of olive oil
3. Add remaining Bruschetta (I would say 1 part bruschetta to 2 parts spaghetti) and toss
4. Add salt, pepper and fresh parmesan flakes
An optional step if you want to take it further:
*Sprinkle with shaved cheese and bake the dish at 350 for about 12 minutes or until slightly brown.
