A couple of years ago Melanie Auld and I teamed up and launched the Adorned Collection. The Adorned Collection is a collection that allows you to design a custom-made necklace (every necklace is created by hand locally, in Vancouver BC by the Melanie Auld team!). Begin designing your necklace by first, selecting your perfect chain, then building your desired look by choosing letters and charms that represent YOUR WHY!
Last year we expanded the collection to include additional materials such as Fine (14kt solid gold) and Demi-Fine (sterling silver and gold vermeil) to match not only your lifestyle but to suit a variety of budgets. I will explain the different materials below so you know which one would be perfect for you!
Well, today, I’m so excited to share that we have officially added THREE new charms to the Adorned collection and I couldn’t be MORE in love with them. The Mama, Animal Paw, and Cross pendants are now available in all materials!
Please note, the new Adorned charms in Vermeil and Sterling Silver are in stock and will ship right away. However, Fine (14kt solid gold) is available for pre-sale and will ship in mid-May. I should also mention here that Melanie Auld is also offering free shipping via both the Canadian and American sites!
Mama Charm
This charm means so much to me on so many levels. Not only is it the perfect sentimental gift to show your love and appreciation for all of the mamas in your life out there this Mother’s Day but there is also a charity component with the purchase of this charm. From now right up until Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 10th), all net proceeds from the Mama pendant will be donated to BC Women’s Health Foundation.
The BC Women’s Health Foundation is dedicated to advancing women’s health in BC so that all women have equal access to the highest quality healthcare when, where, and how they need it. This is especially important now with the onset of COVID-19 as in British Columbia alone, 80% of healthcare workers are women, so more women will be at risk for exposure in healthcare settings.
Animal Paw Charm
When we launched our adorable Dog Bone Charm we had so many requests come in asking if we could include a charm for all of the cat lovers out there. So, we went back to the drawing board and decided to launch an Animal Paw Charm which is the perfect way to represent all of our fur babies!
Cross Pendant
This beautiful Cross Pendant has also been something I’ve been wanting to add to the Adorned Collection for quite some time. It’s delicate yet it makes a statement, it’s the perfect charm to wear paired with other charms from the collection that speaks to you. Or, simply wear it on its own.

The Investment: 14kt Solid Gold
This line is made from solid 14kt gold with diamonds and is ideal for the person who wants minimal effort in caring for their jewelry. This fine line can be worn daily and while it’s still delicate, you can lightly wear it in the shower and sleep in it! With diamonds in the pave charms, this is perfect for celebrating big moments!
The Every Day: Sterling Silver
Solid sterling silver is ideal for the everyday wearer, as silver needs limited care and can always be polished to new. It’s also a piece that you can have forever and can wear all the time!
The Classic: 14kt Gold Vermeil
If you love the gold line but it’s not within your budget, there’s no need to worry, as we wanted to make something for EVERYONE’S price point! Vermeil is a sterling silver piece that is gold plated and it’s ideal for the mindful and occasional wearer, as the plating still needs to be cared for. While we made sure that this line is durable, we also want to point out that it’s still important to be mindful with your jewelry, remember to remove it when showering, sleeping, or applying lotions/perfume. Plating will always need some TLC!

Congratulations on your expanded collection! Love the charity component of the charms! I would love to see the Summer Love Collection re-rereleased as pendants!
I am obsessed with this collection! The initials and charms are so beautiful and I just love how well they stack on the necklace. Are there any plans to have a rose gold collection? I have been holding out making the purchase in hopes that one day (fingers crossed) there would be a rose gold option.
