Julie and Bernard had such a cute home in such a great neighbourhood … but it was in MAJOR need for improvement. The list they gave me to begin with was huge…it consisted of every main room in the home! I definitely did my best to accomplish all of things that I thought would make them love it again first. We created an open concept kitchen which gave the illusion of more space, and added storage to save room. We updated the living room and made the bathroom beautiful and functional. They even got a furnace upgrade!!! Not only did all of this add value to their home, it also made the home more functional for their growing family.
Even though I wasn’t able to tick off the rest of their list … I’m so happy that they decided to love it in the end. Their home has great potential and the family will still have room to grow into it!! …Better luck next time Todd!!!
We completely renovated the kitchen with all new cabinetry, gave it an open concept and added in more functional storage. I lightened up the colours making the space feel bright, light, fresh and airy. I added in these gorgeous blinds from Wholesale Blind Factory to make everything consistent throughout the room.
I absolutely loved this beautiful table we found at Valley Direct Furniture. We kept all of the furniture consistent throughout this space.
