As seen on HGTV’s Love It or List It, the new kitchen of homeowners Kelly and Steve. This space was number one on Kelly’s list of complaints. Once with a bad layout, poor storage, and minimal eating space, all of Kelly’s wishes were fulfilled in this kitchen by interior designer Jillian Harris. With a natural satin finish to the hard maple floors, and ‘Ostridge’ color to the paint throughout the renovation, now bright and spacious, fulfills Kelly’s wish of hosting her 15+ extended family for dinners. Most of the seating capacity was created by opening the kitchen space, and the custom built simple Craftsman style dining table. The simple lines of a Swedish Scandinavian style was the inspiration for this space. The Duralee floral fabric recovered and repainted counter stools add a pop of color into the bright space.(after)
