Such a hard project this time. Well… they ALL are! But this time we encountered problem after problem, and this time every problem seemed to get bigger than the last. We did our best and I am very happy with what we accomplished!!! Francesca, once again, did an amazing job. She is so talented. I am so fortunate that she’s on #TeamLoveIt
Our priority from the get-go was to turn the entire home into a functional space for the entire family. We didn’t get to do ALL we wanted but we did a huge transformation! We updated the floor with beautiful hardwood from Mercier Flooring, we put in new Centra Windows, we used Banner Carpets in the stairwell and master bedroom, and installed custom blinds from Budget Blinds.
The open concept living-dining-kitchen turned out really fun and lively – perfect for the kids. With lots of white, white and white, this is the kind of kitchen I love!!! So bright and beautiful, it was the perfect canvas to brighten even more with pops of color.

I watch your show regularly but missed this episode years ago. I am just curious of this since on wikipedia it says “split decision”. What does that mean as it is the only time this ever happened. Did they choose to keep the house and take a new one too?
