As you likely already know by now, March is Women’s History Month, and in honour of this month not only will we be highlighting some of our favorite creators, but we also wanted to share some of our favourite women-owned businesses! So, today we are rounding up a few (there are just way too many to include them all, unfortunately!) of our favourite female-founded businesses you should support this month (and every other month for that matter!).

Brunette The Label
One of my favourite graphics tees right now is this double hearts shirt from Brunette The Label. Brunette The Label is one of my favourite local brands (women-owned) and I just absolutely adore the founder, Miriam!

If you’ve been following me for a while, I’m sure you’ve heard of Melaine Auld! Not only is Melaine (the founder!) an absolute bad a**, but I just adore our Adorned Collection we created together… see what I did there 😉
Poppy & Peonies
I discovered my love for Poppy & Peonies when their Blue Light Glasses were featured in the Fall 2021 Jilly Box! In 5 years, Natalie, the founder has really done it all. From fulfilling orders in her basement to appearing on Dragon Den to expanding into new product categories.
Cheekbone
I get so many questions about the various lip colours that I wear. One of my all-time FAVES is the Sustain Lipgloss from Cheekbone beauty! Not only is Cheekbone Beauty women-owned, but also an Indigenous-owned company from St. Catherine’s, ON.
The Cross Decor & Design
I discovered this gem (The Cross!) when I was living in Vancouver back in the day. It was my favourite place to window shop and get some inspiration from. Most of my favourite pieces from our home, came from The Cross, like the Jillian Bed, Shay Chandelier, Leo Bed etc.
Estelle Colored Glass
I discovered Estelle Colored Glass at the beginning of 2020 and am I ever happy I did! Not only are they my favourite shade of pink, but they are seriously the most delicate and gorgeous stemware I own!
Fraiche Food Full Hearts
Ok, I had to plug our cookbook in here, and just share a little love note for Tori. Tori (my wonderful cousin!) not only busted her a** on our first cookbook, but she did it AGAIN with our second one too. These cookbooks are no easy task to take on, but I’m beyond grateful I had her by my side during the entire process! So, if you haven’t gotten your hands on the first cookbook yet, make sure you do before the new one is released (hello, 2024!).
Fraiche Table
Speaking of Tori, on top of co-creating 2 cookbooks with me, she also launched Fraiche Table. Fraiche Table is an all-in-one meal planning platform that helps take the stress out of mealtime. Let me tell you, these recipes will have your (and your kids!!) tastebuds doing a happy dance!
Smash + Tess
You know I LOVE me some Rompers from Smash + Tess, in fact, I have an entire drawer in my house dedicated to my robust collection! But do you know what I love even more than my Rompers? The hardworking ladies behind Smash + Tess, Ashley, Mercedes, and Teresa! These ladies work around the clock and watch their company skyrocket due to their sheer work ethic has been so inspiring!
Hawkmoth Bead Co.
I discovered Hawkmoth Bead Co. a few years ago, and hands down she creates the most beautiful beaded wearable art! Hawkmoth Bead Co is another one of my favourite Indigenous and women-owned companies based out of Kelowna. Eden’s waitlist is currently full, but keep an eye out for drops where you can get your hands on a pair of these babies!
The Jilly Academy
I had to take a moment to plug our own brands; starting with The Jilly Academy! I can hardly believe that our one-year celebration is right around the corner, if you’re an alumni member, I can’t wait to see you at our 90s celebration on April 11th!
