When can I be expected to get my charm necklace after ordering?
Melanie Auld is estimating a 2-5 business day order processing time, as the necklaces are assembled by hand by the Melanie Auld team in their Vancouver studio! Then all orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipment to ensure timely delivery.
When is silver Adorned launching?
That’s right … we heard you loud and clear, silver lovers!!! We are so freakin excited to let you know that you can expect a silver Adorned line in SEPTEMBER!!
How do I care for my Adorned necklace?
You can refer to the jewelry care info over on Melanie Auld’s website, here!
Quick Tips: Remove when showering, swimming, sleeping. If you’d take off a silk blouse to do something, treat your jewelry the same way! ?

I guess your collection is not available to ship to the states? It only shows up with CAD when I try to select. Sad!! 🙁
