The day is officially here!!! The Jillian Harris x Joe Fresh Capsule Collection has officially launched! If you love the cooler weather and Fall wardrobe staples as much as I do, you’re going to love this collection!! You can get your hands on these pieces at select retail stores and online at www.joefresh.com today!
To help you plan your purchases, I thought I would take some time this morning and go through a couple of frequently asked questions that we have been receiving. Let’s get right to it!
What is the Joe Fresh x Jillian Harris collection about?
This is by far the biggest collaboration we’ve done together. This capsule collection has everything you could need for fall from jeans, skirts, sweaters, dresses, and accessories to super cute and cozy sleepwear. Plus, coordinating mini styles all at an affordable price!
When is the capsule collection launching?
The capsule collection will launch on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, and will be available to purchase online via desktop and mobile browser, as well as in select Joe Fresh stores. To find out what time the collection is launching online, turn your Instagram post notifications on for @jillian.harris and @joefresh to receive updates.
Please note the selection of products will vary by store. Once you’ve found a store location near you that will carry the collection (linked here!), you can then use their online Store Locator (linked here!), to find out the stores operating hours. Please note, the collection will not be available for purchase through PCX or the Joe Fresh app.
What sizes does the collection come in?
- Women’s styles are available in sizes XS – 3X.
- Women’s shoes are available in sizes 6 – 10 (no half sizes).
- Kid styles are available in sizes S – XL (6-14).
- Toddler styles are available in sizes 2T – 5T.
What size am I?

What size do I wear?
I personally like to wear either an XS for a more fitted look or a S for a more oversized look. Annie is currently wearing a size 3T!
Can I use any promo codes at checkout?
Promo codes cannot be applied to the Joe Fresh x Jillian Harris collection.
Can I use my PCO Points to purchase the collection?
Yes, you are able to use your PCO Points to purchase the collection.
Can I return if I get the wrong size?
Joe Fresh is currently accepting returns both online and in-store across the country. You can find all the details on their return policy, here!
What happens if the items sell out?
We have worked so hard on this collection and tried to make sure we ordered enough for everyone, but I know how frustrating it can be when something sells out. Having said that, we have anticipated the excitement around this collection and have adjusted the units based on previous launches!
Are there limits to how many items you can buy?
The maximum purchase quantity is 3 per style and colour.
Do you ship to the US?
Currently, we only ship within Canada on JoeFresh.com. However, as of October 12, select Jillian Harris items will be available through Joe Fresh’s partner Hy-Vee for delivery in the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Hi Jillian, do you happen to know what is going on with the Karissa sleep top in grey? It shows that it’s completely sold out- is that true or was there a problem with this item?

Do you know if JF still intends to do a release with Hy-Vee for some of the US states? I’ve been refreshing all day but don’t even see the JH banner that they had days ago. 🙁
Hi Team Jilly! Do you know if Joe Fresh’s partner Hy-Vee will be getting any of the Jillian Harris collection? I’m lucky enough to live in Nebraska and was hoping to get a few pieces. I keep checking the site, but don’t see anything from the collection available.
