During our family trip to Maui this past winter, we soaked up the sunshine, spent precious time with the kids, and indulged in some seriously delicious food. One of our family’s favourite meals on this trip was the chia seed pudding we had everyday for breakfast! Our dear friend Tom shared the recipe with me and let me tell you… it has been on repeat in our house ever since!
Now, as I’m sure you can relate, mornings in our house can be a bit of… chaos to say the least. Between trying to fit a workout in and getting the kids fed and out the door… having a quick & easy breakfast is a must.
This recipe is easy and packed with nutrition, plus you can prep it ahead of time and store it in the fridge! It takes just a few minutes to mix together, plus, it’s SO creamy and delicious, it kind of feels like you’re eating dessert for breakfast. What’s not to love?
This recipe is so ideal for busy mornings. Just take it out of the fridge, give it one more stir and add your fave toppings. We love fresh fruit and some coconut!
Whether you’re meal prepping for the week, looking for a healthy snack, or just want to feel a little more on top of your morning routine, this chia seed pudding is a must-try. Trust me, even the kids are obsessed.
