Now, I know all of you are bursting with excitement about launch day tomorrow. So, while we all gear up for the big day, I thought I would take a moment to answer your most pressing questions about the collection. Let’s dive right in!!
What is the Jillian Harris x Joe Fresh x Life at Home collaboration about?
This is my sixth collaboration with Joe Fresh! Where did the time go?!! And, for the second time, Loblaw’s in-house homeware brand Life At Home™ is collaborating with us to co-design the homeware portion of the collection.
What does the collection include?
The collection features styles for the whole family including adults, kids and toddlers. Plus, fall hosting essentials like tableware and home décor.
When will the collection be available for purchase?
The capsule collection will launch online on joefresh.com first on October 2, 2024 at 11:00am ET/ 8:00am PT. The capsule collection will launch in-stores on October 3, 2024 at select locations during regular store hours. Woooohooooo!!!!

How do I shop the collection online on launch day?
Joe Fresh has implemented a virtual waiting room that will turn on at 8:30am EST on October 2. No one will be able to shop the collection online until they start to let customers into their website at 11:00am ET/ 8:00am PT.
Also, this process was created to keep fairness top of mind!! To give everyone an equal chance to shop the collection, there is no line up based on on arrival, entrance into the site is randomized for fairness!
Can you tell us about the materials?
I sure can!! Each item was designed using sustainable materials like natural fibres, GRS recycled polyester, Better Cotton and soy-blend wax.
What sizes does the collection come in?
Styles from the collection are available in the following sizes:
- Women’s tops and dresses: XS – 3X
- Women’s bottoms: 25-32, XS – XL (regular); 16-22, 1-3X (plus)
- Women’s winter accessories: O/S
- Men’s: XS-XXL
- Kids: S – XL (6-14)
- Toddler: 2T – 5T
What size am I?

Can you tell us what size you’re wearing?
Definitely! I’m wearing a mix of XS and Small in the tops and dresses and a Large in the flannel shirt because I prefer an oversized fit in that style. I’m wearing a size 26 in bottoms and a XS in the overalls.

Are there limits to how many items you can buy?
Since this is a limited collection, and we want to ensure everyone gets to enjoy some items, we’ve created some limits as to how much you can purchase:
- Online purchases: The maximum purchase quantity for apparel is 3 per style. For home items, please refer to the specific product page for maximum purchase quantity limits.
- In-store purchases: The maximum purchase quantity for apparel is 3 per style. There are no purchase limits on home items in-store.
