Gotcha! For years, I have been dying to have full reign and budget to decorate a nursery! When Molly and Jason Mesnick found out they were expecting, I was also expecting… to decorate the nursery of course 😉 Dana, our Team Designer, and I started just a few months after Molly found out she was expecting, we were so excited to shop for baby furnishings!!! All of the furniture we picked out was from Wayfair. For artwork we had some stunning options from Minted… as you know, Minted is one of my favourite sites for artwork! Jason and Molly decided to keep the baby’s sex a surprise (well Molly wanted to know but Jason wanted the surprise!) so it was a challenge… how do you decorate a beautiful nursery without knowing if it’s for a little baby girl, or a boy?! But I’d say we managed to create a gorgeous gender neutral space! We found some incredible herringbone wallpaper, which is completely removable (how stress-free is that?!) and then decided on a white, cream and grey palette. We had pops of colour through our art choices and kept it delicate and sweet. It’s a timeless nursery that little baby Riley can grow into! Yep… Molly and Jason had a little girl! Riley Anne was born on March 14th. Next week we’re going to post a couple of Nursery DIY’s (wait till I tell you how the crib canopy is hung!) and Molly has her own blog with pictures being posted tomorrow!
