If you have been following along my wellness journey, you’ll know that I’ve become a little bit obsessed with protein. Last year, I stumbled across this healthy cottage cheese bread from @healthy_floflo on Instagram and it’s become a regular snack in our household ever since. It is savoury, fluffy, high in protein, and perfect for those busy mornings when you are running out the door and just need something quick.

Each slice has about 10 grams of protein, and the best part is that it is gluten-free. I love grabbing a slice when I am feeling peckish and want something that will actually keep me full. Plus, you can totally customize it. Add jalapeños (my fave for a little kick), shredded cheese, everything-bagel seasoning, herbs, or keep it classic. Trust me, this one is a keeper.
