Hi everyone!! I’m sure many of you checked out our blog post from earlier this week regarding the changes we have made to our second Jilly Box but if you haven’t read it yet, please check it out here! We have been eager to share these blogs with you as we know there are still many questions regarding the changes we have put in place. So, today, we’re sharing ALL of your frequently asked questions here so you can access them in one spot!

On Wednesday we reached out to our current Jilly Box subscribers to give them first access to our exciting add on products! Starting next Wednesday, January 22nd we will be contacting the lottery winners for their chance to grab their Jilly Box as a one-time purchase!

Do the people who had Jilly Box subscriptions still have one?

If you were one of the lucky ones to snag your Jilly Box subscription during our official launch day you are grandfathered in. This means you will continue to receive your Jilly Box subscription. If you decide you no longer want your quarterly Jilly Box subscription and you decide to cancel, you will no longer receive your Jilly Box and will not be able to access your subscription.

What happens if I decide to cancel my subscription?

If you decide later on that you would like to get another Jilly Box, you will have to sign up to the waitlist and wait until you’re randomly selected in the lottery for your one-time purchase.

Can I sell my Jilly Box?

You are welcome to sell your physical Jilly Box and the items in your Jilly Box (although, we recommend re-gifting if something doesn’t fit or suit your style!) but you are not able to sell or transfer your Jilly Box subscription.

What has changed with the Jilly Box subscription?

We received so much feedback in regards to changing the Jilly Box from a subscription model to a lottery system that we decided to hop on the wagon and give everyone exactly what they were asking for. We were able to secure more boxes for our upcoming launch (but certainly not enough to fulfill ALL requests, we still have a very limited amount of boxes) so the additional boxes we were able to secure above and beyond the 5,000 subscription boxes will be “lottery boxes”.

What exactly does the lottery system mean?

We will be randomly selecting the lottery winners from the people who have signed up to our waitlist. If you are one of the people who are notified, you will have 24 hours to purchase your Jilly Box. This is for a one-time purchase only and will be on a first come first serve basis.

Please note, if you are NOT signed up to the waitlist you must do so as soon as possible to be eligible.

How do I sign up to the Jilly Box Waitlist?

When will you be selecting the winners of the lottery?

The lottery will begin on Wednesday, January 22nd and will continue through Friday, January 24th or until all boxes are sold out. All you have to do is lookout for an email during that period.

How many lottery boxes do you have?

We were able to secure more boxes for our upcoming launch but certainly not enough to fulfill ALL requests, we still have a very limited amount of boxes.

How will the lottery winners be notified?

All you have to do is lookout for an email. If you are selected as one of the lottery winners you will receive an email from us notifying you that you have been selected. After the lottery is completed, we will also email those who were not selected.

How much time do I have to purchase my Jilly Box if I am a lottery winner?

If you are one of the lucky lottery winners you have 24 HOURS to purchase your Jilly Box. After 24 hours we will select another group of lottery winners, and this process will continue until we are SOLD OUT. Your invitation will not expire…but interest in the boxes is huge and when they are gone, they are gone! Some of the items in the box are sized, and quantities for each size are limited. Please remember to check your junk and spam folders!

If I get selected as a lottery winner, does this mean I now have a Jilly Box subscription?

No. If you are selected from our waitlist as one of the winners of the lottery draw, this entitles you to purchase a Jilly Box one time. This does not mean you have now obtained a Jilly Box subscription.

I was in the queue on launch day, does this mean I still have the same spot?

By changing from a subscription to a lottery system there will no longer be a queue during launch day. This queue was only in place for our very first Jilly Box and does not mean that you hold the spot you were in. This means everyone who is on our waitlist has a fair shot at scoring a Jilly Box!

If I’m selected as a lottery winner does this mean my size is secured?

The lottery system is on a first come first serve basis and we only have a certain number of sizes

  1. Have all the boxes shipped? I received a confirmation that the sale went through but I haven’t received a tracking email.

  2. I received a Fall 2020 box because I was selected in the lottery (yay!!). Does my name stay in the lottery for all future boxes or do I have to sign up again?

  3. I have subscribed my email not only did I not get a lottery email I didn’t even receive the email that I was not selected.

    Very disappointed !!!!
