Arrrrrriba!!!! The time you’ve all been waiting for…the unveiling of the delicious Cranberry Margarita recipe!!!! AND just in time for the weekend!!! Everything in moderation right…..??? Now that it’s the New Year and I’m gung ho on my health kick…I’m STILL hosting “winter” get togethers. SO…I created this recipe with my health and calories in mind but something that’s also enjoyable for my guests!!! The best of both worlds!!! If you’re REALLY strict on your health kick, just add soda water and less juice instead!!
With one of these in hand you’ll be salsa’ing all night long!!! Cha Cha Cha…..
Margaritas Arándano (Cranberry Margarita’s) Makes 4
- 2 cups Cranberry juice
- 1 cup Pineapple juice (this is key to a not too tart margarita…shhhhh..it’s a secret!)
- 1/4 Lime freshly squeezed
- 3 ounces Casamigo’s tequila (this is my top secret ingredient….)
- 1 ounce Triple Sec
Shake all of the above on ice, salt the rim of your glass, serve on ice……AND garnish with a lime and some cranberries!!!
