My First-Ever Collaboration with Ela Handbags is HERE!

You may have seen me teasing a collaboration with Ela Handbags on Instagram over the last few months and today I am SO excited to announce that my first-ever collaboration with Ela is launching on March 7th!!!! This collection of quilted bags is a concept that I have been dreaming about for over 15 years… and I couldn’t be more excited to see it come to life!

About the Collection

Ela Handbags is a Canadian, women-owned brand that I absolutely love, so I was THRILLED when they asked me to work on a limited-edition collaboration with them! When designing this collection, I really wanted something that could work for every aspect of my life, while being washable – that was a non-negotiable for me. You know that I love travelling, and it was important to me to create products that are both stylish and functional. Having bags that are washable is a must for me, because after I get back from a trip, I love to throw everything in the washing machine… and with so many bags, you can’t do that! 

We have created an entire collection of vegan, ethically-made, sustainable, Canadian-designed products that has everything from Tote Bags, to Backpacks, Cosmetic Bags, Purses, and more! They’re available in the CUTEST colourways and patterns that I know you’re going to love.

Each and every product in this collection is crafted sustainably from recycled nylon material and the interior linings are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles… which is something I’m so proud of. Now let’s get into the collection details!

Elevated Belt Bag

The Elevated Belt Bags have become my go-to for travelling, and everyday life, and I can’t wait to see you wearing and using them! You may have seen me wearing the brown leather belt bag from Ela, which was the inspiration for this style! This bag has lots of room for your wallet, phone, lipstick, passport, you name it. Available in black, brown, and pink!

Crossbody Bag

The Crossbody Bag is ideal for running errands, picking the kids up from school, date night and travelling! I love that these are washable (such a gamechanger) and super durable. This style can be dressed up or down for wherever your day takes you! I’ve taken this bag travelling with me, and I love how practical it is, while still being SO cute. This style comes in black, brown, and pink!

Backpack

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have already seen this backpack a few times… it’s been my go-to for when I need a hands-free travel bag. From hopping on an airplane or running into the office, and everything in between, this bag is perfect. It’s both stylish and functional, with a compartment for your laptop, a pass-through slit for your suitcase handle and a water bottle pocket! This style comes in black, brown and cream and it’s SO CUTE. 

Everyday Tote

This one-and done-tote is the ultimate everyday bag! It is super transitional; you can use it for work, school, travel, as a diaper bag, you name it! Two features that I LOVE are the interior key fob (so you’ll never lose your keys again) and the back zipper pocket that converts into a trolley sleeve so it fits over your luggage handle – how genius is that?!

 A really special detail in this collection is the Alberta Rose print. Being from Northern Alberta, this pattern is inspired by my roots and Alberta’s provincial flower! It is so dainty and pretty, I just love how this print turned out! The Everyday Tote Bag comes in black, brown, and the Alberta Rose print!

XL Travel Tote

We created this oversized tote to be your go-to for a short trip or weekend away… it fits in the overhead compartment of the airplane which is a must for me!! This tote bag is designed to contain all of your essentials with lots of pockets to keep you organized. It fits 1-2 days worth of clothes, a cosmetic and travel case, along with up to a 15-inch laptop! The back zipper pocket converts into a trolley sleeve so it fits over your luggage handle, and the interior key fob makes it easy to find your keys! This style comes in both black and brown! 

Zipped Travel Case

You know how much I LOVE organization, so this handy case is a must-have travel accessory for me. This case is the perfect place for chargers, converters, medicine, bandaids… and everything else that usually ends up at the bottom of your purse after a long travel day! Designed with lots of convenient pockets and a bright interior so it’s easy to spot everything! This style comes in brown with a pink lining.

Jewelry and Travel Case

This is a two-in-one jewelry and cosmetic case designed for organizing your earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings in one section and your carry-on beauty must-haves in the other! This style comes in pink with the beautiful Alberta Rose Print lining!

Cosmetic Case (2 sizes)

This case was designed in two sizes to organize your day-to-day items, especially when travelling! I would use the larger one for shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, those larger type of items. The smaller one is perfect for all of my everyday makeup. The base is constructed so that it won’t tip over and there is even a loop to keep all of your hair elastics on!! The larger size comes in the Alberta Rose print and black, and the smaller size comes in the gorgeous, custom-designed pink/cream stripe and black.

Laptop Sleeve (2 sizes)

We couldn’t create a collection of bags designed for travel without including a laptop sleeve! This one is ultra-cute and functional, with all of the pockets you need to keep your laptop and cords organized. The laptop sleeve comes in black and an adorable brown/cream stripe!
