While we were staying at my parent’s place in Arizona I decided to switch things up and experiment a little with my go-to green smoothie recipe! We didn’t do a ton of grocery shopping as we weren’t staying long before we were packing up and heading to Disneyland, so I used up whatever I could find in their fridge. What I loved most about this smoothie recipe was that it was a lot thinner than most of my smoothies and easy to drink on the fly! Even though it was packed to the brim with a ton of greens I didn’t find it to taste too earthy. Not to mention, my parents don’t typically like vegetables or lots of greens in their smoothies and they even loved it.

This is wonderful! I keep chopped up cucumbers in the freezer for smoothies….must buy more to keep on hand for this tasty smoothie. Definitely a keeper recipe!
