My Go-To Green Smoothie Recipe!


Today, I’m sharing my updated daily smoothie recipe that the whole family loves… Even the kids!! I sneak a few extra veggies into my breakfast smoothie to keep my energy up… Plus my not-so-secret ingredient, the INE+ Nutrition: Super Greens Powder. The good news is, most of the ingredients are items and produce you probably already have in your fridge!

What I love most about this new revamped smoothie recipe is that it is a lot thinner than most of my smoothies and easy to drink on the fly! Even though it is packed to the brim with a ton of greens, I don’t find it to tastes too earthy. Not to mention, my parents don’t typically like vegetables or lots of greens in their smoothies, and they have even tried this recipe and loved it.

My Revamped Green Smoothie Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 orange juice

  • 2 cup 2 coconut water

  • 1 cup 1 dairy-free milk

  • 1 1 banana

  • 1 1 celery stalk

  • 1/2 1/2 cucumber

  • 1 cup 1 fruit (pineapple, peaches, mango)

  • 2 cups 2 fresh spinach OR 1.5 cups frozen spinach

  • 2 scoops 2 greens powder

  • 1 tbsp 1 chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp 2 hemp seeds

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy!

Notes

  • Makes approximately 2 servings!

  1. This is wonderful! I keep chopped up cucumbers in the freezer for smoothies….must buy more to keep on hand for this tasty smoothie. Definitely a keeper recipe!
