It’s not just for couples doing coupley things… in fact I’ve made some lasting memories from Valentine’s Days when I was single and celebrating with my close friends. Have Girls Night In | I LOVE a good girl’s night!!! Hanging with your besties is always a great form of therapy…. Valentine’s Day or not! And I mean, who doesn’t want to just chill out in comfy clothes, have a rom com marathon and drinking wine!? Plus you’re going to have such a good time that you’ll forget about any Valentine’s Day woes and instead be laughing about all those embarrassing stories of your ex.

…or a Girls Night Out | If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, hit the town! Find an outfit that makes you feel like the bomb dot com and grab some cocktails at a local restaurant with the girls. You can cheers to what fun, independent women you are and there’s a good chance you’ll find some single guys to flirt with!
Fun Fact: I met Justin at a local bar in Kelowna! We spent the night talking and laughing and well, the rest was history…

  1. I’m glad there are more like me out there! While I’m not single anymore, I used to always love Valentine’s Day even when I didn’t have a valentine. Since I was little, I loved receiving cards and candy from my friends and then as I grew up, spending time with them as well! I think your ideas for how to spend a fun Valentine’s are spot on!
