Last but certainly not least, I am so excited to share a gift guide that is near and dear to my heart, gifts that give back! Not only are all of these gifts perfect for anyone on your list, they also give back to some incredible organization, talk about a gift that keeps on giving! So, today I am sharing all of my faves to help you tackle the rest of your holiday shopping. Plus, if you missed Justin’s Gift Guide yesterday, make sure to check it out here!
With that being said, I can’t wait to share some of my favourite finds that also help OTHERS with you today!

1. For the kiddos
First up are a few gifts for all of the kiddos on your list. This adorable doll from Cuddle + Kind is not only cute but one doll provides meals for TEN children in North America and around the world! Annie has a few of their dolls and absolutely loves them.
What kiddo wouldn’t be thrilled to receive this adorable backpack? Plus, it helps American kids by delivering fully-stocked backpacks at “bag drop rallies”.
Another great gift for the littles on your list is from Little Babe Collective with a focus on empathy, inclusivity, and curiosity, each book collection is curated to help families begin building their child’s social-emotional, social justice, and growth mindset learning. Each collection is paired with a local handmade item. The Community Collection was inspired by Brad Montague’s book Circles All Around Us, to show kids that although their community starts with just them, each action they make has a ripple effect into the circles that grow around them. Their nesting houses help bring that idea into their play.
2. For the pet lovers
This stunning leash is the perfect gift for any dog mom or dad on your list! The best part is the solid brass tag, which is individually numbered with the number of animals Found My Animal has helped so far through its support of animal welfare and rescue.
3. For the host
If you have someone in your life that loves to host you simply can’t go wrong with an apron, pan, or these gorgeous blush wine glasses, and a major bonus, all of these gifts give back! The apron is from Minted and they have partnered with Every Mother Counts, a non-profit organization dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother. The profits from each sale of this apron go directly to Every Mother Counts.
Now you’ve likely seen these pans everywhere but did you know that Our Place finds partners who are working to create systems-based change in their communities. Their most recent charity partner was Feeding America to whom they donated over 200,000 meals to help fight hunger during COVID-19.
Last but not least are my all-time favourite wine glasses from Estelle Colored Glass! Not only do these wine glasses make the perfect gift, but they are also joining Tillamook and American Farmland Trust in the All For Farmers Coalition, which helps farmers in need and works to secure our food supply for generations to come. Every purchase made from our All For Farmers Market benefits farmers across the country.
4. For the home decor enthusiast
If you know me, you know that I can’t resist a good throw pillow. This one, in particular, is handwoven by a group of talented women in India, this accent pillow has gorgeous detailed stitching. Along with its fair trade practices, The Citizenry invests 10 percent of proceeds back into its partner artisan communities.
Another home decor essential that I love swapping out each season is bedding, and this set from Parachute Home not only looks (and feels!) amazing, but they also partner with the United Nation’s Nothing But Nets campaign to send life-saving malaria-prevention bed nets to those in need.
Last but not least, in my opinion, everyone on your list could use another candle and this milk and sugar candle from Mala the Brand, smells like heaven! They are a Vancouver-based brand, their soy candles are hand-poured from the simplest of ingredients: natural soy wax, wood wicks (for maximum cozy feels), lead-free cotton wicks, and the highest quality blend of phthalate-free fragrance and essential oils. Plus, they also partnered with Trees for the Future so that with every purchase made, a tree will be planted across the globe … they’ve planted over 36,000 trees so far!
5. For the fashion lover
This soft and lightweight crewneck sweatshirt from The Branded Good is a part of their Inclusion Collection in collaboration with The Autism Edit. With a variety of items to choose from, each design within “The Inclusion Collection” signifies the communication barriers between disabled and non-disabled individuals. 100% of net profits from The Inclusion Collection will be donated to Adaptabilities—an Edmonton non-profit organization serving youth and adults with visible and invisible disabilities.
I don’t know about you, but I haven’t purchased myself new undergarments since I had Annie (TMI? LOL!), and I’ve had my eye on these undies from Huha, a Vancouver-based company! Not only are their underwear made from super soft tree-derived fabrics and infused with healing Zinc Oxide (good for your huha 😉), but also for every purchase they plant one mangrove tree to help offset 185lbs of cO2 in the atmosphere.
This soft t-shirt from Everlane is a part of their 100% Human collection. For every product sold in this line, Everlane will donate 10% to the ACLU. An organization that has been fighting to protect fundamental freedoms for the past 100 years. So far they have donated over $650k!
6. For the person who loves to accessorize
I may have a slight obsession with buying glasses, and if you’ve been following me for a while, you know that hands-down my favourite place to purchase glasses is Clearly! Not only do they make the cutest glasses (also affordable!), they also donate a pair to someone in need with every purchase. In total, they have donated over 565,000.
I’ve been seeing these beaded bracelets all over Instagram and these ones from Little Word Project are so cute! In particular, the “Love Yourself” bracelet was co-created with The Loveland Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing free therapy and mental wellness resources for Black women and girls. 25% of the net proceeds from this collection will directly benefit Loveland’s mission. Plus, Little Words Project has donated $5,000 to Loveland in honor of Minority Mental Health Month.
And just like that, our holiday gift guide series has come to an end, I can’t believe we are just under 5 weeks away from Christmas! If you are still looking for a few more gift suggestions, make sure to check out our other gift guides here and our shop pages here!
