Healthy Holiday Recipes To Help Avoid Food Hangovers

As many of you know I’ve been reducing my animal product intake in a MASSIVE way… It’s been one of the biggest changes and challenges I’ve made in my life. I want to thank all of you who have inspired me and gently encouraged me. I’m so proud of what I’m learning and how I’m changing. Thank you thank you!!!! I will be sharing more about my journey in the New Year, when I’m more confident in my changes. I am definitely not perfect yet but am trying my best to learn more, one step at a time.

Until then, I wanted to share with you this perfectly curated list of healthy holiday recipes that will help you avoid food hangovers this holiday season. Leaving us feeling bloated and hungover!!!! One of my favourite local food bloggers, Erin Ireland has hand picked the best list of recipes to help you (and I) avoid food hangovers all together this holiday season. Check them out below .. and if you don’t already follow her, I suggest you do.
