Frozen treats are a MUST in this weather…whether you’re poolside, at a bbq or even camping…these little babies will make everyones day and they will be in awe with your Martha Stewart skills!!! With MAY LONG upon us I wanted to post this recipe again for all of you in case you’re going somewhere that requires a little BYOB. They are A LOT easier than they look…you can literally make any cocktail, mocktail, or maybe even some fresh pressed just and pour it into the freeze pouch, freeze and enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
6 freezie pouches
1/2 cup limoncello
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients together in a pitcher. Pour into your individual freezer pouches, and freeze!!!! Enjoy on a hot, summer day when you’re looking for something cool and refreshing!
Have you ever tried making home made frozen treats before???
Happy May Long my loves!!!

Fantastic Idea Jillian!! But what I would like to know where to get the Zip-icle pouches?
Yum – I’m excited to try!
OMG I love limoncello!! Okay now need to find a sub for the condensed milk, maybe sweetened cashew milk??
YES that would be perfect!
In Brazil, we call it “geladinho”, or “sacolé”. It is pretty common around here. I always do in the summer.
