Weekend Fall Sales

Well good morning everyone!! HAPPY SATURDAY! Normally I like to share my weekly wardrobe roundup with you … but this week I thought I would mix it up and include some decor faves in this post because there are some great fall sales happening this weekend and I wouldn’t want you to miss out on them!!

There’s a great mix of fall decor on sale plus a bit of Halloween decor (time is tickin!) and also some kitchen staples! Oh AND the wreaths that I have hanging on my front entrance are on sale right now, I put these up for our Thanksgiving and they’re most likely going to stay put until after Christmas! They’re the perfect wreath for many occasions, I love them because they are simple and cute and made of faux rosehips and leaves!

Remember that really cute button down midi dress of mine that I wore basically EVERY day this spring/summer?! Well, it’s on sale right now at Urban Outfitters for $50, it used to be $80! They still have 5 colours in stock, I ended up getting the white one (pictured below) AND the pink one … unfortunately, the pink one isn’t in stock anymore but I remember regretting not getting one in every colour because they are SO COMFY … but now that they are on sale … I might just have to do so! LOL!

Ok, let’s take a look at the decor I found from the sales mentioned above that I love!! Can we take a look at that checkered apron?? I’m thinking that would be so cute for our cookbook shoots, I  love it! I’m also a sucker for glass jars, I have so many of them in my pantry! You can store anything in these bad boys from cookies to pasta to dog treats and baby formula! They look super cute in a panty and on your counter!

  1. Thank-you Jill, love your blog, instastories etc! Been following you since your Bachelor/Bachelorette days!
I have a question, what brand of pots and pans do you and Tori use? I want to buy a new set but so many options!!! You are an inspiration to so many, glad you’re able to ignore the negative nellies!!
We need more pics of your house tho and would love to see an actual floor plan, it’s hard to figure out since we mostly see the kitchen/great room.
Thanks again for everything you do, you are amazing!!!!

  2. I wish that these websites would recognize my location as Canada right away and I wouldn’t have to constantly change the settings on the site to see the actual price I will have to pay – sometimes to only find out it doesn’t even ship that particular item to Canada. The potholders from Williams Sonoma, for instance, don’t ship to us :(. We do have a store (one!) here so I may make a trip.
I love your style Jillian, but I don’t always find the things that you suggest are that accessible or reasonable for fellow Canadians. I know a lot of people may ship to a border service and pick up, but I live in downtown Vancouver and don’t have a car. Anyways, I will be “window” shopping and getting some inspiration!

    1. I agree with this comment completely. With Jillian being Canadian, maybe some attention could be paid to this problem. It is difficult enough to find things available to Canadians and it would be glorious to have a place where we can find beautiful things and know that our business would be welcome.
