As many of you know I’ve been reducing my animal product intake in a MASSIVE way… It’s been one of the biggest changes and challenges I’ve made in my life. I want to thank all of you who have inspired me and gently encouraged me. I’m so proud of what I’m learning and how I’m changing. Thank you thank you!!!! I will be sharing more about my journey in the New Year, when I’m more confident in my changes. I am definitely not perfect yet but am trying my best to learn more, one step at a time.
Until then, I wanted to share with you this perfectly curated list of healthy holiday recipes that will help you avoid food hangovers this holiday season. We all know that food is abundant and richer than ever this time of year. And it definitely doesn’t help that we seem to throw all of our food rules out the window and don’t really care about how much bread, meat, sugar, cheese, we’re actually consuming. Leaving us feeling bloated and hungover!!!! One of my favourite local food bloggers, Erin Ireland has hand picked the best list of recipes to help you (and I) avoid food hangovers all together this holiday season. Check them out below .. and if you don’t already follow her, I suggest you do.

Hi Jillian! Long time reader….I love all these plant-based recipes on this post and they are some of my favorite bloggers! I’m so happy to see more vegetarian/vegan foods on your site because anyone can enjoy them. Best of luck on your personal food journey! It’s such a different experience for everyone, but I can say that I have loved the person I have become from eating this way. It has been such a rewarding, thought-provoking experience. I wish you the best and look forward to reading more about what you’re doing in the new year. Cheers!
this really makes me wish my husband was more adventurous with food, he’s meat and potatoes all the way 🙁
