Even though cherry season at our house has finally come to an end (bring on the peaches!!), that sure doesn’t mean we have run out of cherries to consume! That’s right, we made sure to pick, pit, and freeze as many as we could so we could savour them for longer!
So, knowing that I have a ton of cherries in our fridge and freezer, it inspired me to share some of my favourite cherry recipes with you! If you are a cherry-fanatic like me, you are in for a treat!
Okanagan Cherry Overnight Oats
This creamy and delicious recipe is the perfect grab and go breakfast! What I love most about this recipe is you can’t go wrong, if you don’t have cherries on hand you can toss in whatever ingredients if you wish, the more, the merrier.
Okanagan Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream Sandwiches
I’m not going to lie, this dish was a bit of a struggle to nail down, but it was worth all of the trial and errors. This vegan recipe is one of my favourites to whip up during our hot Okanagan summers and to cool down with this as a refreshing treat!
Okanagan Cherry Coconut Yogurt
Finding a great vegan yogurt is no easy feat; I was so happy when Tori took a stab at it; it turned out better than expected. If you’re having a hard time finding the perfect vegan yogurt, this recipe is an absolute game-changer!
Cherry Kale Salad with Honey Lime Vinaigrette
I found this Cherry Kale Salad on Tori’s site, and I can’t wait to try it. When thinking of cherry recipes, I always think of sweets, but I can’t wait to try this savoury dish.
I hope you love these recipes as much as I do!! In the comments below be sure to share your favourite cherry inspired recipes.

You forgot the cherry 🍒 scones from the cookbook! 😋
OH yes! One of my faves as well!
Cherry & nectarine grunt is an all-time favourite for our family this time of year, served with chia whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream.
Oh my gosh, this sounds delicious! I will have to try! Thank you for sharing! XOXO
